Our dealership’s rating is based on information collected from our customer satisfaction surveys conducted by MINI USA for new car sales and service transactions over the last 90 days, by an independent, third-party company. Neither MINI USA nor any MINI Dealers can alter the ratings or comments.

2.0"First off, quote was high so we will use our local mechanic for repair. Secondly, it was bogus that we had to pay a 55 $ charge to have a new car key "coded" to my car. 5.0"Mr. Wade Higgins, General Manager Jackie Cooper MINI 14145 North Broadway Extension Edmond, OK 73013 Dear Mr. Higgins: A very special thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful service we recently received on our 2007MINI Cooper S convertible. As you may recall, I brought Pearl (we named the vehicle MINI Pearl when she arrived from the UK four years ago!) in for an oil change in October while my husband was in Oklahoma City undergoing Proton Beam Radiation Therapy at ProCure. At that time I explained to your service manager, Tyler Blevins, that in addition to the oil change, I wanted him to check the convertible top because it had recently ?stalled out? while closing. The next day, when I returned to pick up the car, Tyler showed me that one of my tires was about to separate from the rim and said that he was worried about me going back and forth to our home in east Texas with a bad tire; he also said that the motor for the convertible top was about to go out and that fixing the problem would cost $1700. Because the cost of being in Oklahoma City for nine weeks for cancer treatment is expensive, my husband and I told Tyler that we wouldn?t do the convertible motor work at that time. In response to an online survey from MINI, I told them how appreciative I was of Tyler?s warning about the bad tire, and also asked if the convertible motor problem was an issue with 2007 cars. A few days later I received a call from MINI?s customer service department asking about the convertible motor problem?the customer service representative promised to do some research about the problem and call me back. Imagine my surprise and pleasure when I received a call explaining that your dealership and district manager were offering to do the work for one-half parts and labor. We were thrilled with the offer, and took the car in for repairs the last week of Kraig?s treatment. When repairs were not completed at the end of Kraig?s sessions at ProCure, Tyler sent us home in a loaner car, and kept us informed about how the things were progressing. When delivery was ready to be made, Tyler called us to get a credit card number and we were dumbfounded when he said the charges were $300 less than the estimate. We couldn?t have been more thrilled! Getting a diagnosis of cancer is not something we all aspire to, but we do feel blessed to have received treatment in Oklahoma City. We found the local residents we met to be very friendly and helpful?something we sincerely appreciated during a difficult time of our lives. Your dealership certainly went ?above and beyond? in taking care of Pearl?s problem, and provided us with the type of customer service that most businesses aspire to but never obtain. 5.0"I absolutely love the way I am treated at Jackie Cooper MINI. I live just over 100 miles away, but I am always compensated for the trip in so many ways, and look forward to the experience. When you arrive at the service bay, you don't even have to step outside when you are greeted by the service advisor. They talk to you like you are an important shareholder in the company and explain exactly what they are going to do and how long it should take to finish the job. The waiting room is very upscale and have all the comforts including Wifi and gormet coffee and doughnuts. I am on my 3rd MINI Cooper now and will be a customer for life!"
